Shipping & Returns
Shipping and Handling:
Current shipping time is 1-3 business days.
All orders are subject to 24-48 process time. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays). You will receive order tracking information for your package once the item has been processed and picked up by the carrier.

No returns, only exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you purchased from BëëGâché, you may exchange it within 10 days of receiving the item. To make an online exchange you must write the return reason on the receipt form that was in your original shipment along with unworn merchandise. You may ship the package to the following address:

We recommend that you ship it via a trackable and insured method back to our warehouse as BëëGâché cannot be held responsible for returned packages that were lost in transit prior to our receipt. Please specify, what item you are returning as well as what item(s) you would like in exchange.
Items must be returned in the following condition:
- New Condition
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered
- Tags must be attached (when applicable)
Please note that some products are not eligible for return. If the item you purchased was labeled final sale, limited release, promotional/markdown, we may be unable to process an exchange these products.
Defective Product / Incorrect Order
Defects or incorrect orders must be reported to BëëGâché within 5 days of delivery.
If you have received a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and issue.
BëëGâché will not be held responsible for any return packages lost in the mail. Therefore, please keep your postage receipt as proof of postage and value the items at the price in which you paid for the products.
All rights to determine a product defective are retained by BëëGâché.
